Our flight crews go through company mandatory "Flight Safety International Training". This training is recognized worldwide for its effective and tangible results.
Flightexec operations staff is highly trained when considering and selecting appropriate aircraft for specific patient needs. Recommendations from operations staff are cleared through medical control once the patients condition has been ascertained. In most situations jet prop aircraft are the most cost-effective way of providing medical evacuation. In some situations the medical condition of the patient may necessitate rapid transport. In this situation a pure jet option will be recommended.
The interiors of Flightexec's aircraft can be configured to meet each patient's needs. The location of stretchers, seats, personnel and storage can be altered in a variety of ways. This allows us to meet all the unique requirements of each medical evacuation. Flightexec's aircraft are pressurized and can fly in a variety of weather conditions.

The staff at Flightexec are available 24 hours a day to locate the most appropriate and efficient mode of transportation. Commercial repatriation (scheduled flights) is also available on demand, and in some cases may save the client thousands of dollars.

Medical Services...
Flightexec has a medical director available 24 hours a day for medical consultations. Our medical director is specially trained to assess the effects of air travel on each patient's medical condition. Prior to each flight the medical director will consult with the patient's attending physician. Once a complete medical history of the patient has been obtained, the director will determine the type of personnel, equipment and aircraft to be used in the medical evacuation. Flightexec knows the immense importance of meticulous pre-flight preparations. We strive to ensure that each patient receives the very best care before, during and following a flight.
Flightexec is not an Air Ambulance Broker, contacting us directly will save the customer money and provide consistent care. Brokers often utilize a wide variety of personnel, equipment and aircraft. The customer may find that there is no consistency in the services, standards, or equipment provided. A broker can also be forced to change airplanes due to cancellations. Changing aircraft without proper notice can cause undue delays and added costs.
